Generate a report and export its figures

For: People with reporting access.

Schedule a private Space briefing

  1. If New schedule is available in Reports, open it, enter a Report name and choose up to ten Spaces. Set Repeat, Look back, time and Schedule timezone, then select Save schedule.
  2. Open Schedules to find the schedule. In Report inbox, choose Read report for a ready briefing and check its summary against the linked work.

What to expect. The inbox shows the report period and generation state. If generation failed, check AI configuration and access to the selected Spaces before running it again.

Set the reporting window

  1. Open Reports → Metrics. Select the Report, From and To dates, Timezone and Division.
  2. Select Generate report. Read the reporting window and the descriptions of the measures before comparing figures.

What to expect. The result shows metrics for your chosen window and scope. Release candidates, deployments and live availability are counted separately.

Export the result

  1. Generate the report using the intended filters. Check the displayed results, then select Export CSV.

What to expect. Open the downloaded CSV and confirm its figures correspond to the report window you selected.
