Create a project in a Space

In Projects, choose New project. Select its Space, enter a Name, check the Key and describe the Purpose.
Select Create project. Open the project’s overview, check its scope and use Add milestone to record a delivery checkpoint.

What to expect. The project appears under its Space. Its overview brings together milestones, purpose and work progress.

From the project open settings → Configure software delivery. Under Applicability, answer each question and explain why the answer applies before saving.
Under Data flows, choose Add data flow to describe a flow that needs review. Under Requirements and design use Add source to record the supporting reference. Follow any outstanding review shown on the project or release.

What to expect. Return to the saved sections and check that answers, data flows and references match the project’s actual scope.

Open the project and select work → New task to add work in context.
For a software project, open settings → Configure software delivery. Record the goal, scope, applicable platforms, markets, environments and data handled. Save the relevant sections and review outstanding requirements.

What to expect. Return to the overview to check scope. Open releases to find candidates associated with this project.
