Inspect integrations, API documentation and service status

For: Integration administrators, developers and support staff.

Find an integration or API operation

  1. Open Settings → Integrations to review Jira, or follow Import an export file for file-based migration.
  2. Open Settings → API documentation. Expand a group such as Tasks, then an operation to inspect its inputs, responses and authorization requirements.

What to expect. You can identify the integration and its supported operations before connecting a tool.

Investigate a workflow problem

  1. Open Settings → System status. Choose Services to review service health, or Workflow problems for a stalled process.
  2. Follow the relevant link, such as Import progress & recovery, Invitation delivery or Agreement activity. Use Company system inventory to check recorded systems.

What to expect. You can identify the affected workflow and its recorded state before retrying an operation.
