Track a goal and record a measure
For: Goal owners, measure owners and readers.
Check a goal’s progress
- Open Goals & measures → Goals and find the outcome you are tracking.
- Read its Measures and Projects. Open a linked measure for the underlying figures or open a project to inspect the work. Owners can choose Update goal.
What to expect. The goal connects the intended outcome to its measurements and delivery work.
Record a new measurement
- Choose Measures and find the correct measure. Check its definition and reporting period before choosing Record value.
- Enter the observation requested by the form and save. If a deviation needs a decision, use Decide deviation and record the response.
What to expect. Check the measurement history for the value you recorded. Use New version when the definition itself changes.
