Manage your profile and AI connections

For: Signed-in users.

Set your timezone or manage your signature

  1. Open your account menu and profile. Under Time & timezone choose Your timezone or Use device timezone, then Save timezone.
  2. Under Saved signature choose Manage saved signature to review or change the signature used for agreements.

What to expect. Reopen your profile to confirm your preference. Review each agreement before signing.

Connect an AI assistant to tasks

  1. From your installed SmarktOS plugin in Codex or Claude, start its connection and sign in to SmarktOS. Check the app name and callback destination.
  2. Choose Read tasks or, if you want the assistant to edit, Read and update tasks. Select Connect. Ask it to find a task you already have access to.
  3. To remove access, open AI connections from your account menu. Find the app under Connected apps, open Manage access and select Disconnect.

What to expect. Connected apps lists each app and its task permissions. Your existing task permissions still determine which tasks the assistant can see or change.
